I can’t believe it’s fashion week season again. Like seriously, where has the time gone?! Last week I made my bi-annual fashion week trip to the capital to see what London had in store for SS16. After making a not-so … Continue reading

Today I went shopping in Leeds city centre. I’m not a big fan of Leeds shopping as I much prefer what London and Manchester have to offer, but I did manage to come home with some decent purchases! I’ve been wanting these Topshop boots for SO long now so as soon as my loan arrived I did not hesitate to snap them up. They are genuine leather with a matte black finish and a small heel. I shall refrain from using the term ‘kitten’ heels as the sight of those makes me feel rather nauseous (sorry to all the kitten heel lovers). They are the perfect height for daytime as well as night. I’m about 5’8 so I never really wear heels in the day but these boots are so comfy and easy to walk in! The pendant cross necklace was a must have for me since I’m going through a spikes and cross phase at the moment! It’s got a grungy sort of look to it that I think goes best with black/grey based outfits. Still running with the spike theme, I also picked up these silver hoop earrings and this gold necklace. I’m obsessed with chunky necklaces and I thought this was quite different. However, I’m quite disappointed because as soon as I tried it on the clasp broke so I’m going to have to exchange it for another. The quality is obviously poor seeing as it was only £8.99 which is pretty cheap for a chunky embellished necklace! My favourite buy today has got to be the Models Own nail varnish. I’ve had my eye on it for quite a while and just had to try it out. It’s called Disco Inferno and is from the new ‘Mirrorball’ range. I love the mixture of gold, silver and green glitter pieces. It will look amazing over a bright base colour like coral or red. I bought mine from Boots and they only had two to choose from but I want to get the pink one next!
Post to you soon xoxo
