Firstly, pastels….PASTELS?! Who’s that girl? I hear you say (in classic Eve style). I almost don’t recognise myself, but I made a promise to start incorporating more colours into my wardrobe this season and I must say it actually feels refreshing to step into something other than monochrome. This is also the second time I’ve worn jeans on my blog this week (seriously, who am I?!) and I think I’ve become a convert. I was sent these beauties from Brag Vintage, a Sheffield based clothing company specialising in true vintage pieces at affordable prices. With the Topshop MOM jeans circulating the blogosphere, I was after a similar style but didn’t want to jump on the Toppers bandwagon, so when these Lee jeans came along, they were a lot more than I anticipated. I love the high-waisted fit and despite them being vintage, the quality is like new. I decided to turn them up at the cuffs and begged my dad to let me borrow his old Christian Dior leather belt #oldskool. I paired them with my pastel pink frilly socks and leather sandals.
I also managed to finally get my hands on this pastel fluffy crop after weeks of trying my luck in pretty much every Primark I’ve come across. They only had this creamy lemon shade and I really do love it but I’m hoping they’ll bring back the pink one soon.
Hurray for pastels and vintage jeans! Who’da thought it?
A massive thank you to Brag Vintage – don’t forget to check them out as they add new pieces every week!
Post to you soon xoxo
